Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE OR REPAIR AN OLD APPLIANCE?

A. An old appliance in your house will result in two choices. You can either call for affordable appliance repair to try to save money and continue using your old refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the old appliance with a brand new one.

All appliances come with an average lifetime. If the current home appliance is in the earlier or middle timeframe of that lifetime, we always recommend scheduling our appliance repair service. If the appliance is reaching the final part of its lifetime, we would recommend to replace it with a new one if you have a budget for it.

Below are the average lifetimes of all types of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. We do. Our service includes a warranty on all parts and labor. We use manufacturer replacement parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Wolf, Amana and many other popular appliance brands to protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Don’t hesitate to contact us anytime after our service if problems continue with your household appliance.

Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU REPAIR MY BROKEN APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST TRIP?

A. Most of the time. We load all of our service vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our repair service. If we need to come back at a later time to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an add-on service cost. We estimate that we can finish over 90% of our appliance repair appointments on the first visit.

Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your house. We know how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier portion of our service window. That said, if a previous repair or appointment takes much longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows the repairman some time to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
